I tried to return the laptop, but they refused to let me. They said that since I did not have a warranty i couldn't, but I was able to return up until the 14th of January. I tried returning at the beginning of December. The laptop itself is okay.

No video on screen buttons fell off within 2 months. It was a Christmas gift in the recycling center 3 months before being 1 yr old.
