The USB port fell out of one and now keeps giving error messages due to the missing part. Of course, not covered by Best Buy since I didn't take out a protection plan. The other one can't have multiple windows open without errors.

Best Buy employee said it was most likely user error. We have proven them wrong. However, no repair has been made or suggested.
