Regarding performance, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue that may be software or firmware related. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product because I wanted it for a specific day, Best buy promised me next day delivery. 5 days later and 3 days past when I wanted to use the laptop it arrived at my house late into the evening. Best buy of course tries to pass the book off and blame FedEx, however FedEx didn't promise me next day delivery Best buy did.
