Not only was I fortunate to get this laptop on sale, but it is attractive, easy to use, has great tutorials and I love the touch screen. I would recommend this computer to everyone. Best Buy never disappoints.

Minimum effort to setup email and other apps. Overall, a great experience purchasing Levono notebook from BestBuy.

It is a great bargain for a touch screen laptop. The screen works well. With the memory and an SSD, it is very fast. It seems to be a quality laptop. I bought it as windows 10 will be unsupported starting in October. This comes with Windows 11.

So nice to have the touch screen at this low price level. To me, instead of a mid-range laptop, go with this as your toss-it-in-the-backpack machine, and save money for a nice gaming system.

It's a good size, and lightweight. I don't know anything about specs, I needed a computer I could travel with, internet searching, webinars, email. That kind of thing.

Regarding the performance issues, to try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem.
