I'm giving it a 4 rating because there were scant instructions on how to set up the laptop. Having tried multiple times to follow the set up box on the screen, I ended up with files from the mid-2000s stored in the Cloud flooding the desktop of my old laptop! Some of us need more specific and detailed instruction on how to setup the computer. Seems that Best Buy used to include more with past purchases.

Great entry level laptop!

It's a great budget laptop if you can grab it on sale as long as you're not doing anything too intense on it.

Disappointed that I had to buy a flash drive because there is no room on the drive because the operating system takes up most of the space. Now I have to constantly switch from plugging in the drive and the printer. It's a real hassle. This laptop was the same size as my old one, so I figured it would be ok to transfer some of my files to it. It crashed.
