Ram is a bit weak when you have a stack of background windows OS items running. While technically 7.72 GB is accessible, you really only have 4-5 GB of RAM to run anything successfully.

Open box in Excellent condition is actually used

The cardboard box was broken. To my surprise, I found the previous owner medical bill that had Name, address, DOB etc. This was horrifying. When I setup the system, I saw that the previous owner login name was seen. This system was not even clensed but was passed from one owner to another but marked as excellent as if it was a display unit. Not such a good experience. The only part good was that the unit was good. Just keep in mind there is no Hello welcome.
