You will need to upgrade to version 24. Windows site has a tool to check your hardware then you can download version 24. Lenovo support had no clue what to do.

Depending on how long a computer has been in box, it could have a previous version of Windows 11 preinstalled, as it would have had the latest version installed in the factory. During the setup process your system should update itself to the latest software. We appreciate your time taken to share your perspective with us.
