Fast and reliable

However this was one of the best prices for the specs i was looking for. So i caved... and im so glad i did! This laptop has been amazing. Fast. Reliable. My only issue was trying to exit s-mode... it was impossible. I had to take my computer to geek squad to have them do it. Battery life isn't great though... Other than that.... great laptop

Bought it at a ridiculously low sale price, couldn't pass it up. For less than $300 & not much more than a Chromebook I got a real laptop!! Full size 8GB memory, touch screen, decent UHD graphics, SSD hard drive & Intel inside. It was a no-brainer. I originally bought it for a spare, but less than a week later a couple of keys on my main laptop stopped working. I've been using this one for a week now & for my needs it is impressive. I'm not in a hurry to fix my older laptop!

Be Warned About Safe Mode

But is came in the Microsoft safe mode and it took a call to Best Buy tech support to turn it off. I could load Chrome in safe mode

I love the display, touchscreen, and numerical keyboard. I use this laptop for school. The fan is quiet and the bottom of the laptop does not get very hot. I appreciate the fast charging and being able to access my laptop quickly when I shut it down. As soon as you lift the screen up, it is up and reasy to go! Great price and meets all my needs! Recommend for basic users such as internet browsing, school, and entertainment.
