Laptop is a little unit, buy only on sale or open box. I bought an openbox and threw in another 8gb stick for dual channel. I specifically use it for wow classic when im not home. Its all plastic , but what do you expect for $200.

Love the touchscreen and how fast the processor is

Purchased this for my son to complete homework assignments and for use when he feels his iPad isn't enough. The battery life is decent. It easily connects to Wi-Fi and information downloads quickly. Was a great value price and experience wise.

Great computer now going on 2 years and it’s holding up pretty good . Super fast still .

I was looking for a laptop that fit my budget. This is a decent one I found for just browsing or school stuff. The camera is what you expect for the price. Love the touchscreen and shutter option. The battery lifetime does not last long. About 5 hrs depending on backlight usage.

I bought this for my 21 year old son who absolutely loves it and has been using it every day since I gave it to him. I have actually used it a few times and found that it is extremely easy to work on.

Great performance i'm using this laptop to work with different ms office files and work perfect, i have excel files with a lot of information and run without problems. Graphics and video are great too.

I received the computer quickly. It works great. So much faster than my old computer. The only problem I have is that even when I shutdown and close the lid, it doesn't really shut down. As soon as I open the lid the light is on, ready for me to add my pin.

Love it! My computer died and had to be replaced. Not only was I fortunate to get this laptop on sale, but it is attractive, easy to use, has great tutorials and I love the touch screen. I would recommend this computer to everyone. Best Buy never disappoints.

Great price, in stock, pickup at store in just a few hours, start up of notebook was easy following link with instructions and Microsoft license. Minimum effort to setup email and other apps. Overall, a great experience purchasing Levono notebook from BestBuy.

This is a very nice general purpose laptop at a very reasonable price! So nice to have the touch screen at this low price level. To me, instead of a mid-range laptop, go with this as your toss-it-in-the-backpack machine, and save money for a nice gaming system.

I have had no problems at all. It doesn’t hold a long charge but it’s worth it. I study until it dies then charge it and redo.

I have had the computer just a few weeks. Based on my experience thus far, I am well-pleased. It was easy to set up, and usage has been easy to navigate/use. In addition, I was able to purchase at a considerable markdown, and that's always a plus!

I got this on sale for $250. It is a great bargain for a touch screen laptop. The screen works well. With the memory and an SSD, it is very fast. It seems to be a quality laptop. I bought it as windows 10 will be unsupported starting in October. This comes with Windows 11.
