Bought this laptop at Bestbuy because they have really great sales and it has a lot of ggb and it has a touch screen. The touch screen works great. Its perfect for saving my documents and storing my photos and videos and watching movies.

Works really well for my needs. I like the size of it. The only thing I had to adjust on it was the color. But that was not hard to figure out

Performance wise, no issues except when there is a required update, the speed then gets a bit geriatric but it’s manageable. Love the touch screen which at the time of purchase I didn’t not know it was a feature. Only con personally is the sound is subpar.

I got this laptop a couple months ago to work from home. It was very reasonably priced and works great! I had an HP Envy that I loved and I was afraid to switch from that but I was not disappointed! So far so good, hoping it stay good for many more years.

Tried a demo of it in best buy , was immpressed with the touchscreen and how fast it is, perfect for what i use it for, and to get it on sale was even better i recommend it.

Works great for school and playing games. Runs fast enough that we don’t worry about it keeping up with the demands of online schooling. 4th Lenovo we’ve owned and would buy again.

I bought this laptop and I have made the right choice, it works well, the storage is great . The best customer service I’ve received from I entered the store. This location is at the Palisades mall in Spring Valley.

This computer is budget friendly. It does what I need effortlessly. My only concern, the keys don't have back-lit capability. Definitely a great computer for a beginner or someone going off to college.

Customer service was excellent. The printer I bought wasn’t satisfactory to me and exchanging it for a laser Brother’s printer was quick and easy .

Good computer works great no problem you don’t need to buy them new. We got this as an open box and they work.

If you’re doing any kind of design or engineering work, this laptop paired with a RAM boost is a solid choice for a budget.

I’ve been using my Lenovo laptop for a while, and while it gets the job done, I’m not completely satisfied. The placement of the mouse/touchpad feels awkward, making it uncomfortable for long use. Battery life is another downside—it drains faster than expected, so I often need to keep it plugged in. It’s reliable for basic tasks, but these flaws keep it from being a great laptop.

It was a really nice laptop I was got it to use for college but I decided not to go anymore so I had to return but overall I really liked it and it ran very smooth

I really wanted to like this laptop, since it had almost all the things i needed. I basically use mine for watching netflix. Screen resloution and volume are important to me. The first was perfect however the latter was ok, not the best. But i could barely finish a movie or show before it needed charging. The battery life in not even close to 4 hrs. I mean whats the point of calling it a laptop at that point. Its basically a desk stop that needs to be plugged in all the time. Sadly i returned it since i need better battery life then what it was offering. Other than that the specs are pretty accurate and it has a sleek look which isnt too bad.

Good computer good procesor run faster as a i5 computer ,excelente price for open box 223.00 i recoment this computer.

Bought it on opened box excellent condition for really cheap. When pick up it was like new and worked great, no problems. Get it if U find it opened box.
