I bought this laptop for my father to upgrade him from the old laptop he bought in 2010. He not only likes that it was fast and doesn’t have to wait minutes on programs to upload, but he loves the touch screen part.

Bought this computer for an easy and simple work from home computer and it works perfectly for what I need. Definitely a lot of bang for your buck with this one, and the touch screen feature is an added bonus and not to mention there’s no want or wish you had a bigger screen

This thing is so cool. It is everything I was wanting, 15 inch monitor, comfortable keyboard, battery life last forever, I have yet to be worried about having a charger near, and feels pretty durable. I bought a MacBook Air with m4 chip/24gb ram/512SSD and my cheeks clench everytime it is set down on anything not a pillow. I have already made video calls with great quality, surfed the net, watch videos when I’m bored on the road with my traveling job. I bought it as an open box deal. Whoever returned it are missing out on this great laptop. Oh well, their loss in my win.

this is a very easy to navigate computer. For a mid price range computer it is perfect for my needs and I love the touch screen!

I currently am transitioning from a 12-year-old Lenovo laptop with Windows 10 and am forced to upgrade to a Windows laptop with Windows 11 to have ongoing support from Microsoft due to the end of support for Windows 10 in October 2025. I was extremely pleased to discover that Best Buy was offering the Lenovo laptop with my preferred configuration, at a special discount because the laptop was OPEN BOX. The condition of my new Lenovo Ideapad 1i is as described in the offer as "excellent". The performance is remarkably faster due to the latest Intel Core i3 processor and SSD storage. Overall, this new laptop is an exceptional value particularly when compared to new laptop prices of similar configurations. I suggest if you are shopping for any computer needs consider all options provided by Best Buy for your total satisfaction! I also recommend Lenovo laptops because of my long term (12 years) experience with their exceptional laptop - G570.

Needed a new but good priced laptop for home and office work. This computer has everything I need especially with the touch screen. Fast processor easily runs all my programs I use. The only drawback is that the runtime while running with only battery is about 2 hours.

This system is very lightweight, I notice it has a delay in the motion and movement, but other than that it's a pretty decent computer for the cost.

Very nice, really like the touchscreen. Kept disconnecting from the internet, but I did a driver update and it seems to be good now.

I just needed a computer for basic things. I'm not a gamer and I don't do complicated work things. This computer is just what I need. It's fast, I love the touchscreen, setup was a breeze. I have now synced my phone and computer so things are more streamlined. Great price too.

It was easy to set up. The Geek Squad was very helpful. The laptop works great. The battery lasts much longer than my last laptop, which helps for meetings.

This laptop is great for regular everyday use, student use, and more. I use discord, slack, and other type of applications and they run with no issue. Honestly, once you turn off safe mode this laptop is amazing! The battery life is pretty good too and it's light weight. It is great value for the money. 10/10 would recommend.

I cracked the screen on my "old" computer and it wasn't functioning properly. It would've cost $200-300 to replace the screen so I opted to purchase this laptop while it was on sale for $329.99. I am very happy with this Lenovo. The keys have an ergonomical feel and a soft touch. I've always had black keys on a black keyboard. The black keys on silver keyboard are much easier to see.
