It’s a great laptop I didn’t pay a lot for it and it’s working great, we use it to send excel report and to check GPS on the company trucks and I haven’t had any problems, for sure it more than what I expected

This is a decent budget laptop but you have to upgrade as soon as you can afford something better. This will definitely get the job done but it will have it issues along the way. Battery life is terrible. I have two chargers, one for the office and one for travel. Screen brightness isn’t great. The WiFi disconnects randomly and it’s just this computer, other device in the network are fine. The speaker volume does not get loud, I have to do my teams meetings from my other device. And lastly, it lags sometimes, but it’s understandable because it’s slower processor. Overall, it gets the job done and will last you until you can afford something better.

Nice budget laptop. Got it on sale and open box so for the price there was nothing better available. Decently powerful entry level processor with integrated graphics so not great for gaming. Somewhat small storage space but again, at the price i paid, i couodnt find anything better. Also touchscreen is nice to have

This was a Christmas gift for my 15-year-old son and so far it is doing everything he needs it to do from playing Roblox and Minecraft to watching YouTube videos. He’s tough on his electronics and so far this is holding up better than I expected and he really enjoys the touchscreen Portion of this laptop. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and recommend this product.

I haven’t used it as much as I’d like, but it’s pretty quick compared to my much older Toshiba. Setup was quick and easy. The battery stays charged for longer than expected. The only thing that I don’t care for is that closing the lid puts it in sleep mode, and if you open it back up shortly after it doesn’t ask for your Windows pin to log back in. Kind of a security flaw. Perhaps I’ll find a solution to that issue.

This was such a great purchase! I’ve been looking for something comparable for myself as I purchased it for my so. I was t sure how great it would operate because of the lower price but I’ve had to borrow it from my son and I’m pleasantly surprised.

Performs more than adequately for my father's needs. The touchscreen works great for him and it has surprisingly help up after a few drops.

I love this laptop. I had no problem going from an apple computer to the Lenovo laptop. The geek department at Best Buy was so patient with a computer illiterate and I have been able to do so much more with my new laptop.

FOUND IT AT LENOVO AT A BETTER PRICE, it was few days late for the price match :( Very good and economic laptop. Very functional, I like the idea that is touchscreen. Slick and not heavy at all, great for portability. The keyboard is comfortable. The only down side is that since the screen is too big the touchscreen makes the the screen not very stable, it doesn't allow to use it as a notebook :(.

Awesome laptop for a great price. Use it mostly for news and email. It is in safe mode which has prevented me from using an external cd/dvd drive but I’m hesitant to change out with all the phishing and viruses. Touchscreen Is a plus and a good download rate. Highly recommend

You get touch at 1080p along with a system that runs without frezing up. An amazing deal for sure!

I’ve been using this for over a year now for work and it does everything that possibly need it to. The touch screen works well and the laptop is relatively quick. I didn’t try it for gaming or anything, but it is capable of keeping up multiple tabs documents and applications at once. Only thing is after every windows update. I have to restart it after said update. I think that’s more of a Windows thing, but it makes me disconnect from the Internet every single time.
