Nice quality laptop.

It is a great bargain for a touch screen laptop. The screen works well. With the memory and an SSD, it is very fast. It seems to be a quality laptop. I bought it as windows 10 will be unsupported starting in October. This comes with Windows 11.

Just 1 problem

So much faster than my old computer. The only problem I have is that even when I shutdown and close the lid, it doesn't really shut down. As soon as I open the lid the light is on, ready for me to add my pin.

The system does this by default like many other devices so users can pick up where they left off more quickly. Based on my experience thus far, I am well-pleased. It was easy to set up, and usage has been easy to navigate/use. In addition, I was able to purchase at a considerable markdown, and that's always a plus!

Regarding the performance issues, to try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. I would prefer a smaller screen, but it is still fairly light even with the larger screen.

Great laptop for the money!
