Awesome laptop! Runs fast and smooth. The battery last a long time.

The weight is great. Picture and touch screen great. I can put it on my lap and work without it heating up. My only issue is that the battery doesn't seem to last as long as I think it should. I do keep the cord close by. But other than that, I really do like this laptop. I use it for writing, surfing and a game or two. Nothing special.

This is my third Lenovo laptop I've owned and so far. Fast start up and ample storage. I only use for business and streaming video so it's perfect for my simple needs.

I ordered an open box and found that the adapter was badly packaged as if it was just stuffed. The cardboard box was broken. To my surprise, I found the previous owner medical bill that had Name, address, DOB etc. This was horrifying. When I setup the system, I saw that the previous owner login name was seen. This system was not even clensed but was passed from one owner to another but marked as excellent as if it was a display unit. Not such a good experience. The only part good was that the unit was good. Just keep in mind there is no Hello welcome.

This computer works great and its has good speed and i recomend it .

Great laptop, but it has Intel UHD Graphics, not Intel Iris Xe Graphics.

Bought as a graduation gift. Nephew loves it. It does what he needs to prepare him for college. He's into IT and he's very happy with the features and how it works.

Was working pretty well until I took it to Mexico and then for some reason, it just stopped working.

Got these for my kids to use for school almost 2 months ago and they have been great so far! Really easy for the kids to use on their own and have a good battery life so they don’t have to be constantly on the charger. The touchscreen feature has been good for easy clicking when they are doing school games.

The overall exprrience is a 4. The price was great! Actual equipment as much as I know about computers definitely fulfills my needs and then some. I was overly impressed with customer service when my online order never made it to my door. They did a very quick research and i had my purchase hand delivered.

I have been using it for a couple months and it works perfectly. I use it for work, edit presentations, photos, also to watch movies and series and works fine. The touchscreen doesn't give me any headaches and is fast, this was a good offer.
