To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. Factory failures

Logging in with my aunt’s account was impossible. When I tried to install Windows 11 using the official installation tool, it automatically reinstalled Windows 11 in S mode again, and the Wi-Fi driver wasn’t working. So, I had to use Rufus to install Windows 10 Home and connect an Ethernet cable using a USB adapter to update the drivers. In the end, I managed to fix everything, but I was expecting a laptop ready to use out of the box, especially since it was bought for a music event. I ended up spending around 4 hours solving all these issues.
