    Screen gone black in less than 6 months of purchase. Geek squad certification cannot be trusted.

    With it having modified windows 11 it did not work out for me.

    this item was pretty jank.. wouldn’t turn on two days after not even opening it..

    Not recommend this computer beacuse the warranty not protected screen when accidentally broken and the company charge me if sends to company to fixed to LENOVO

    The sound is subpar. The processer is slow. The internet connection fails.

    It lasted 3 days then bricked itself so I folded it in half. Waste of money

    Good for basic use

    I use this keyboard for work. I have to type up notes. The laptoop is lightweight so I can carry it with me. I love the numberpad as it makes it easier to fill in data. I have a desktop for games and so I don't really push the graphics on this laptop.

    A decent laptop for the price

    I think this laptop has a good balance of affordability and quality/features. It runs well, the screen is a decent size (and also has touchscreen capability, which my previous laptop didn't), and it's fairly light. It's not exactly a fine-tuned gaming machine or anything, but if you just need something to browse and do office tasks with (which is what I bought it for), this should work just fine.

    Bought this as a gift for my parents. Easy to set up, is fast and was a great Black Friday buy. Since they always run it plugged in, not sure about it's battery life.

    Only shop Best Buy

    Bought myself a Lenovo laptop and worked great right out of the box. Bought my wife the Dell and had trouble with it downloading. Would not load the free antivirus. Never finished loading programs after several attempts. Took it back for a refund and Best Buy quickly refunded me the money with no hassle. Bought lots of computers from Best Buy. Always been my go to store. Review is for Lenovo laptops

    75 and loving it!

    Great product! This is my second purchase.The first one was mine and I bought this one for my son. It is an excellent product, and my sons has touch screen, which kind of makes me jealous. I'm 75 and if I live long enough it will definitely be another Lenovo Ideapad!

    Perfect for a senior

    I purchased the Lenovo Ideapad to replace my mom's old Lenovo Ideapad. She loved the ease of use and was familiar with it. Lenovo is also the brand I use for my Chromebook and trust the quality. It was easy to set up, arrived perfectly packaged and was exactly what I wanted for my senior mom. She loves the graphics, the feel of it and how easy it is for her to use.
