I mainly use this for working remotely. Ive had it about a month now and am very happy. I also like the 10 key as i use that for work.

It's a fantastic entry level laptop with its i3 processor but my favorite thing about it is it's IPS display which makes it great for watching movies, and reading text more clearly.

This may have been a one off scenario, just my experience.
