    Mic broke

    The mic stopped working 1 week after we got it, it was a christmas present so time it was opened it was to late to return . So we cant even use it it for online school like we wanted

    I bought new laptop However it was Open box So frustrating bcoz the laptop lock Bitlocker That mean it’s already been used.

    It was ok but had a poor battery life. I needed for school and I had trouble with proctorio and lockdown browser. I had to returned it

    Beware... don't trust anything based on common sen

    Absolutely NO WHERE did it say this laptop was coming with a dead battery and NO chord to charge it. Doesn't seem like such a good deal now. Also, it made for a sad child on Christmas morning when she couldn't even power ot up.

    Received my new Laptop .When i powered it on i saw a green horizontal line on the screen and I knew that something was not right .Called it in and i had to return it .Disappointed ..Damaged ..

    So extremely dissapointed that what i thought was a new computer ended up being refurbished. It was a gift and now the person i gifted their name is on the dark web! Omg!!!

    Purchased on 1/1/25. On 1/16/25 the BOD popped up. Computer was useless and took back to store only to be told it was past the return date.

    With it having modified windows 11 it did not work out for me.

Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

    A decent laptop for the price

    I think this laptop has a good balance of affordability and quality/features. It runs well, the screen is a decent size (and also has touchscreen capability, which my previous laptop didn't), and it's fairly light. It's not exactly a fine-tuned gaming machine or anything, but if you just need something to browse and do office tasks with (which is what I bought it for), this should work just fine.
