I love it so far is working perfect and is easy to navigate from windows . The battery life is great iver 8 hours of continue use. I recommend it to anyone for any use.

Great! Just not for me.

Overall the laptop was fairly good, just not for my type of work. I frequently used 100% of its performance whoch led to it lagging every now and then. As such, for anlight user it's perfect, just not for a havier user [aka me] But if you'll be using for light tasks such as home, watching movies or researching. It's a good bang for your buck.

The only issue and primary performance holder of this laptop is the 8GB of soldered RAM. However, it has incredible value because if you add more RAM to this laptop ( in my case I bought a 16GB stick of DDR4 RAM and now have a total of 24GB of system RAM), the greater performance is unlocked. This laptop can handle a lot for its price, highly recomended!

I had been considering getting a more expensive laptop “just in case” but I am glad I went with this one because it really works great for my usage. Its fast, has a nice screen, and works well overall.

It is in safe mode which has prevented me from using an external cd/dvd drive but I’m hesitant to change out with all the phishing and viruses. Touchscreen Is a plus and a good download rate. Highly recommend

Great bargain and it does everything I need it to do.

I have been a HP fan for years, but just needed a simple replacement for work. I don't need all the gaming capabilities. Wish we could find an affordable , everyday lap top with a DVD drive, but that does not seem to exist. The Lenova Ideapad boots up quickly and I am slowly adding apps. One thing I noticed was that Edge is the default server and to add Google, it would require turning off the "S" mode. Since I'm not entirely sure what the "S" mode is, I have not gone any further because once you turn off the "S" mode, you can't turn it back on?

Should you still need help and information -- Windows 11 Home in s-mode is a more secure, lighter version of the Windows 11 Operating System that only allows the downloading of applications from the Microsoft Store. If you try to launch or install and run an app, executable or .exe file, the system prevents it. Should you desire to switch to Windows 11 Home, yes, it is a one-way street as it generally cannot be switched back.
