This computer is budget friendly. It does what I need effortlessly. My only concern, the keys don't have back-lit capability. Definitely a great computer for a beginner or someone going off to college.

The laptop is super awesome with great speed and amazing build quality. It is thin, and light weight so i really love this lenovo laptop. The service from best buy was awesome as they quickly got my laptop from the inventory and i checked out super quick. So i certainly buy my items now from best buy.

I love this computer, the screen quality is good, touchscreen works perfect and it has pretty much everything I need. I can do my school work , stream, and play games easily and haven’t had any issues at all. 10/10 I would just say I wish it was louder but that’s my own problem lol I like things super loud but it’s perfectly fine on this laptop honestly.

Great bang for the buck. Touch screen and very portable. Slim and durable. Powerful and able to run multiple programs at once without lag. Would definitely recommend.

This laptop does well for what I intended it for. I just wanted to play simple online games like The Sims and to surf the web and basic tasks like checking my email. It streams my Apps well, too.

I’ve been using my Lenovo laptop for a while, and while it gets the job done, I’m not completely satisfied. The placement of the mouse/touchpad feels awkward, making it uncomfortable for long use. Battery life is another downside—it drains faster than expected, so I often need to keep it plugged in. It’s reliable for basic tasks, but these flaws keep it from being a great laptop.

I Like the touch screen and windows 11 system. The 15.5” screen display is a good size for me.

Bought this laptop as an upgrade from my chrome book and I fell in love with it. The picture quality is great I love the processing speeds. I use it for streaming and it made it so much better. And the AI automatically installed makes life so much better! I highly recommend!

Ive only had this laptop for about a day, but i purchased for work where i load VERY large 4k videos, and have to also edit them. This takes a while on any computer, but even longer with a slow laptop! This computer has so far loaded multiple 4k videos and had them edited and exported QUICK! This little laptop gets to work im glad that i made this purchase!

Good computer works great no problem you don’t need to buy them new. We got this as an open box and they work.

Performance wise, no issues except when there is a required update, the speed then gets a bit geriatric but it’s manageable. Love the touch screen which at the time of purchase I didn’t not know it was a feature. Only con personally is the sound is subpar.

I love the touchscreen. It is very reliable and functional.

Works great for school and playing games. Runs fast enough that we don’t worry about it keeping up with the demands of online schooling. 4th Lenovo we’ve owned and would buy again.

Mostly great, though in my 2 years or so of owning it I have a couple of issues. The first is that the audio can be sketchy sometimes. Audio will cut out and instead make a buzzing noise once in a while that becomes disruptive. The second issue is battery life. I essentially always need to have this laptop on a charger because without one, it'll lose its charge in an hour or two of light use.

Bought this laptop at Bestbuy because they have really great sales and it has a lot of ggb and it has a touch screen. The touch screen works great. Its perfect for saving my documents and storing my photos and videos and watching movies.

If you’re doing any kind of design or engineering work, this laptop paired with a RAM boost is a solid choice for a budget.
