He’s tough on his electronics and so far this is holding up better than I expected and he really enjoys the touchscreen Portion of this laptop. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and recommend this product.

Well, they still desert a 5 star because of the good quality.

However, I purchased this for my terminally ill sister who passed away a couple of days after the 15 day return policy. When I called Best Buy to explain the situation, they refused to allow me to return. I feel that under the circumstances, they should have allowed the return.

It has served that purpose amazingly and will continue to serve that purpose. My only gripe about it is the battery life can be disappointing under heavy loads or extended use, but that’s easily remedied by taking the charger with you.
