It is in safe mode which has prevented me from using an external cd/dvd drive but I’m hesitant to change out with all the phishing and viruses. Touchscreen Is a plus and a good download rate. Highly recommend

There are a couple features this laptop does not have that I wish it would of and that is: I can only unlock the laptop by PIN number, it does not have face recognition or fingerprint scanner which is a bummer but overall it’s a great computer. I do like the touch screen aspect. And with a 256g ssd and 8gb of rom this computer has enough storage and memory to suite my needs.
