So far so good, This was purchased for our church office. We purchased the package with geek squad they helped us set up printer and laptop on the phone without having to set up a appointment because I am not good with electronics.

Lenovo makes a quality laptop and this has enough RAM to work fast and has quality parts. I would prefer a smaller screen, but it is still fairly light even with the larger screen.

My daughter just started homeschooling and she needed a pc for doing homework. This laptop is perfect for getting online and doing her schoolwork. Nothing super fancy, but it runs better than the MACbook we have!!!

I have had no problems at all. It doesn’t hold a long charge but it’s worth it. I study until it dies then charge it and redo.

My Hp laptop is my daily companion. I am retired and like to keep up with the news. Also love to play Solitaire every morning to keep my mind active

I bought this laptop a few months ago and is really great. Turns on super fast, Lenovo never disappoints. Highly recommend this laptop for everyday use.

I purchased this online and was able to pick it up at my local store in less than an hour hassle free. I was concerned with the 8GB ram at first, but after using this CPU for a few weeks, I haven't had it hinder my ability to do basic web browsing, watching online videos, and doing work on docs or sheets. I haven't tried gaming on this, but I assume that's where the ram might come into play. Full size keypad and a nice screen that has decent resolution. Negatives - Battery life is less than other laptops I've used. There is a battery saver mode, but this will last you maybe 2-4 hours depending on screen brightness and how hard you're working it. Other negative is the power cable. I'm so used to most laptops accepting a USB-C as a power source and this one does unfortunately.

It has been really good so far, over a month using it abd i have to say that is worth the money! Definetly will recommend it.

I work from home on this exact computer simple to use and understand. Perfect laptop for my eight year old who is homeschooled. Without the price tag of something crazy.

Very good product, brought it for my younger brother. He liked it. Good buy with deal. Only concern is store pickup, they always messed up. Better to avoid in store pick up.

It’s pretty good for a budget/entry level Windows laptop. I like that there is a webcam slider. Sound quality and battery life are fine — not amazing, but about what I would expect for this amount of money. No issues over the few months I’ve been using it
