    No issues with the computer, Would have liked to have had the option to have Office 365 preloaded because that has been a pain but no issues with the computer itself.

    Love the size, keyboard and the number pad. Disappointed that I had to buy a flash drive because there is no room on the drive because the operating system takes up most of the space. Now I have to constantly switch from plugging in the drive and the printer. It's a real hassle. This laptop was the same size as my old one, so I figured it would be ok to transfer some of my files to it. It crashed.
