The cardboard box was broken. To my surprise, I found the previous owner medical bill that had Name, address, DOB etc. This was horrifying. When I setup the system, I saw that the previous owner login name was seen. This system was not even clensed but was passed from one owner to another but marked as excellent as if it was a display unit. Not such a good experience. The only part good was that the unit was good. Just keep in mind there is no Hello welcome.

It works well for that purpose, although the battery does not last as long as he would like. I did not test it with any games, but I doubt it could handle anything too intense. We had some issues with S mode, but that is because of Microsoft and not the laptop itself. S mode can be switched out of pretty easily.

As to the product itself, I would have liked to have more USB ports...requires using USB hub to connect printer(s) wireless mouse. I should have paid more to get more posts, but the laptop is otherwise great for the price.
