    Lenovo = junk with useless warranty

    This complete junk. The laptop has issues with the wifi card and has been back to Lenovo twice with no resolution. Now I have a paperweight since the warranty is useless and I'm outside the return window. Never will touch a Lenovo again.

    This laptop is extremely slow and would not keep up with everyday normal tasks. It also started glitching two weeks of ownership. So im taking it a for s refund.

    Not user friendly. The Home Screen is not like windows that we are used to seeing. I can’t find anything.

    Manufacturing Failure

    I was unlucky for my laptop. I purchased one and after 4 months. It has an issue with the screen. The brightness is always at high setting and can’t turn it down. Bring to the shop to fix and theh said it is manufacturing’s issue. Waste of money tho.

    Mic broke

    The mic stopped working 1 week after we got it, it was a christmas present so time it was opened it was to late to return . So we cant even use it it for online school like we wanted

    JUNK burn in on screen brand new out of the box

    Computer brand new out of the box, has an issue and best buy and Leveno won't do anything basically. Screen is burning in. Leveno will try to fix it but won't replace. Spent $300+ and have a broken computer. Never again for best buy or Leveno. This isn't the type of thing that should happen with a laptop out of the box new.

    Absolutely NO WHERE did it say this laptop was coming with a dead battery and NO chord to charge it. Doesn't seem like such a good deal now. Also, it made for a sad child on Christmas morning when she couldn't even power ot up.

    Computer is fine. Shortly after return period went on sale for $170 less ( I paid $499, now $329. Found out I could have bought some program that would have extended return period, but no exception for me. Just received another email today thanking me for being a cardholder for 17 years. I can assure you there will be no more purchases.

    Received my new Laptop .When i powered it on i saw a green horizontal line on the screen and I knew that something was not right .Called it in and i had to return it .Disappointed ..Damaged ..

    Purchased on 1/1/25. On 1/16/25 the BOD popped up. Computer was useless and took back to store only to be told it was past the return date.
