I absolutely love it! I got it for school but have really used it for so much more. The touch screen is perfect. The speed, display. Im very impressed. I of course will be recommending this to anyone i know!

Got it for school work and it’s great . Living the touchscreen for PowerPoints and group projects battery life is great for what I use and it’s light.

I’ve been using this for over a year now for work and it does everything that possibly need it to. The touch screen works well and the laptop is relatively quick. I didn’t try it for gaming or anything, but it is capable of keeping up multiple tabs documents and applications at once. Only thing is after every windows update. I have to restart it after said update. I think that’s more of a Windows thing, but it makes me disconnect from the Internet every single time.

Love it! My computer died and had to be replaced. Not only was I fortunate to get this laptop on sale, but it is attractive, easy to use, has great tutorials and I love the touch screen. I would recommend this computer to everyone. Best Buy never disappoints.

I had this laptop for a year and it has incredible value. The only issue and primary performance holder of this laptop is the 8GB of soldered RAM. However, it has incredible value because if you add more RAM to this laptop ( in my case I bought a 16GB stick of DDR4 RAM and now have a total of 24GB of system RAM), the greater performance is unlocked. This laptop can handle a lot for its price, highly recomended!

I got this just for personal use at home or travel. So not any heavy use for school or work. Ease of use and keyboard comfort. Programs and set up was pretty self explanatory. Speed is also good along with necessary ram memory size for basic use. The only thing i definitely not happy over is the battery use on a single charge. Not that many hrs so if i plan to be on it for a long amount of time i practically have to keep it connected to a wall outlet.

I really like this laptop/tablet! I was skeptical at first, but it works great and feels like good quality. I thought the foldable design might make it fragile, but I was wrong. I also love having the option to use the touchscreen, keyboard, and mouse. I got a pencil too, and it works perfectly, it’s very convenient

Bought for my wife as her 1st gen Surface was finally on its last leg as technology advances. Touchscreen not necessary but nice little feature since she is used to it from the Surface. Primary use is email, document creation for events and mailings, and the typical photo and video viewing and playing. Easy set up. Light weight. Just as any Windows product you should disable auto start up apps and other bloatware for performance. Not a fan of McAfee and it's bloatedware. Refused the install and prevented from asking to install again. If on O365 already you have immediate access to your files and OneDrive once you sign in to your account. Nice entry or standard entry were one does not need substantial RAM for app and took performance. Not something to build apps or software with.

A very impressive deal from Best Buy and Lenovo at the sale price of $279. Everything is much better than i thought at this price point from the crispness of the screen text to the speed of the i3 cpu. The tough part was the default setting for Windows 11 in S mode. I could not get Windows out of S mode with a new Microsoft account. I had to reset Windows, and fortunately my old Microsoft account allowed me to exit S mode. Most programs people use are not in the Windows store. Microsoft needs to more directly work with manufacturers, retailers like Best Buy and consumers to deliver a much better operating system experience!

Much better and faster than the ideapad it replaced (purchased new in 2017). Seems they've done away with lots of the bloatware software. Battery holds up about 3-4 hours with internet surfing-email, purchases and some video watching. Only has 2 usb a and 1 usb c, so could use at least 1 or 2 more of each. Also could use a palpable "divider" on the lower section of the touchpad. Overall solid purchase for deal of day.

I’ve had this laptop about 6 months had to upgrade from the Chromebook version of this laptop to the windows and my my what a difference!! It works just as good as it did when I first got it. I love that I can do multiple things at once and the fact that it’s touchscreen is a plus for me being that I’m in college I can focus on certain details without delay. I will say being that it is touchscreen, the battery life isn’t as strong but it’s a good compromise for me. The display/resolution is also very good as well, no grainy or distorted look to the screen. I have a Samsung tablet and they talk to each other.. I can connect them both to one another without any issue, a bit of a bonus screen.. Speakers are good, but I typically use my headphones or a speaker when listening to my laptop. Overall, I love this product, will most definitely recommend this to a college student or student period, works amazing for when I need to do my assignments especially for lockdown browser, it’s efficient.. amazing quality I give it a 9.7 out of 10.. just because of the battery life but everything else is amazing.

I love this laptop. Love the touchscreen. The price was right. It's a good size, and lightweight. I don't know anything about specs, I needed a computer I could travel with, internet searching, webinars, email. That kind of thing.

In my opinion for daily office use, it's a good choice. The battery lasts 6 hours, and its touchscreen works quite smoothly

Got this for $250 on BF which is a steal...Not sure I would buy it for the listed $500 now. That being said, I don't use this for gaming or anything strenuous, just web browsing and managing finances. I installed Linux Mint instead of Windows and it runs great...much better than bloated Windows 11. Touchscreen is nice and the keyboard feels natural to use. It's pretty thin and lightweight. I don't care about battery life so I have no opinion on that. I actually wish I bought 2 of these, they are real nice general use laptops.

I purchased this laptop to have something to use for work while my other one’s was being serviced. This has exceeded my expectations. I love that it is touchscreen. I have never had this option before, but my grandson asked that I purchase a touchscreen for him when I got his laptop for school. I just wanted to see what was so special. I love it! I can do all of my work and there is no lagging. I’m not a tekkie person as you can see. This Lenovo thinkpad works very well for me. I’m not sure I want to go back to the HP when it is returned.
