Full keyboard, touch screen perfect for my parents, easy to setup, perfect for general tasks, checking email, etc. Pretty fast, impressed.

This is a great laptop for the price I paid. There are a couple features this laptop does not have that I wish it would of and that is: I can only unlock the laptop by PIN number, it does not have face recognition or fingerprint scanner which is a bummer but overall it’s a great computer. I do like the touch screen aspect. And with a 256g ssd and 8gb of rom this computer has enough storage and memory to suite my needs.

Light weight. Very good value. The number keys needed time to adjust to. The numbers keys are a bit 'off centered' to where you would think itd be. The cover is a bit heavy compared to the bottom/base so its a bit hard to open with one hand. Didnt think you can get a touchscreen with this price.

I currently am transitioning from a 12-year-old Lenovo laptop with Windows 10 and am forced to upgrade to a Windows laptop with Windows 11 to have ongoing support from Microsoft due to the end of support for Windows 10 in October 2025. I was extremely pleased to discover that Best Buy was offering the Lenovo laptop with my preferred configuration, at a special discount because the laptop was OPEN BOX. The condition of my new Lenovo Ideapad 1i is as described in the offer as "excellent". The performance is remarkably faster due to the latest Intel Core i3 processor and SSD storage. Overall, this new laptop is an exceptional value particularly when compared to new laptop prices of similar configurations. I suggest if you are shopping for any computer needs consider all options provided by Best Buy for your total satisfaction! I also recommend Lenovo laptops because of my long term (12 years) experience with their exceptional laptop - G570.

Bought refurbished unit at a discounted price for my daughter for school. This model performs effortlessly with no issues or lag. On top of normal web browsing and word processing, she also does various online multi screen video chats with friends while creating images and videos and playing games. Lenovo has always been a great brand for us and supersedes in value compared to the other big name brands. Definitely recommend!

Excellent computer for the price. I use it for my home business and it is everything I could want in a personal laptop. I run lots of programs and the processing power holds up very well, plus the battery life is pretty good and recharges fast. Highly recommend

This is my 2nd Lenovo laptop and I'm satisfied. Great speeds, good sound quality. I haven't used it a whole lot so i can't say how hood battery life is. Touch screen function is awesome. I had no issues getting it set up after purchase. I definitely recommend this brand

Got these for my kids to use for school almost 2 months ago and they have been great so far! Really easy for the kids to use on their own and have a good battery life so they don’t have to be constantly on the charger. The touchscreen feature has been good for easy clicking when they are doing school games.

I love my touchscreen laptop. It has the memory I need. It is the perfect size for travel. The cost was reasonable. It syncs with my Lenovo desktop which is a bonus I wasn't expecting.

I purchased this laptop to do remote emailing, web surfing and some document work (Office). So far, it's worked great is very fast for the processor it has in it and the screen is sufficient for average users. Overall, I'm very pleased with this laptop for the price I paid for it. We'll see how well it holds up.

this is a very easy to navigate computer. For a mid price range computer it is perfect for my needs and I love the touch screen!

I bought this laptop for my father to upgrade him from the old laptop he bought in 2010. He not only likes that it was fast and doesn’t have to wait minutes on programs to upload, but he loves the touch screen part.

Bought this computer for an easy and simple work from home computer and it works perfectly for what I need. Definitely a lot of bang for your buck with this one, and the touch screen feature is an added bonus and not to mention there’s no want or wish you had a bigger screen

Very nice, really like the touchscreen. Kept disconnecting from the internet, but I did a driver update and it seems to be good now.

Needed a new but good priced laptop for home and office work. This computer has everything I need especially with the touch screen. Fast processor easily runs all my programs I use. The only drawback is that the runtime while running with only battery is about 2 hours.
