Bought this online and there was no hassle everything was relatively easy. Now I am in the present era! Always like Lenovo my first lab top was a think pad, Lenovo has taken that to a whole new level.

Initially tried to buy from Leneovo site but had issues at checkout and finally purchased through Best buy which was so smooth and came with 1month of 365 subscription which is a plus.

Was easy to setup to my prefences. My only complaint is the hinge is sorta tight so when you raise the lid the botton goes up too. Pretty sure this will go away in time.

Not the best battery

Have had this one for about 4 months and the battery isn’t great at all. I find myself having to charge it everyday or every other day just to keep up with the demands of work and school. If I could go back I would have definitely purchased a different laptop
