To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next (if you've switched your device out of Windows 11 Home in S mode to standard 11 Home), open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button.

I can live without lighted keys but the low volume is bad. Will see if Best Buy really cares, will they respond.

Regarding the low volume, if you're sure that the system volume is set as high as it can go, yet the sound is still low, check the app you're using to see if it has set volume controls. The price was fine but the performance is terrible. It freezes up easily. Its always disconnecting from the internet. It often can not even find internet. It take rebooting to even get some of the windows to load completely. Its been a total waste of money. I do not recommend it at all. I can't afford to go back to a different brand.
