It is in safe mode which has prevented me from using an external cd/dvd drive but I’m hesitant to change out with all the phishing and viruses. Touchscreen Is a plus and a good download rate. Highly recommend

This will definitely get the job done but it will have it issues along the way. Battery life is terrible. I have two chargers, one for the office and one for travel. Screen brightness isn’t great. The WiFi disconnects randomly and it’s just this computer, other device in the network are fine. The speaker volume does not get loud, I have to do my teams meetings from my other device. And lastly, it lags sometimes, but it’s understandable because it’s slower processor. Overall, it gets the job done and will last you until you can afford something better.

I now have a configuration at a price point that cannot be purchased whole for what I paid in total - SWEET!!

I had no problem going from an apple computer to the Lenovo laptop. The geek department at Best Buy was so patient with a computer illiterate and I have been able to do so much more with my new laptop.

This laptop runs smoothly and ha dles all normal home and office tasks well. Sound is decent and the weight is good. Not heavy at all for this size. Great laptop for use in school or office.
