Regarding the performance issues, to try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We purchased the package with geek squad they helped us set up printer and laptop on the phone without having to set up a appointment because I am not good with electronics.

Good Quality for the price

I would prefer a smaller screen, but it is still fairly light even with the larger screen.

Has worked for my gaming and seems to have pretty good picture quality when watching videos or movies. And it’s a touch screen so that’s also a nice feature to have. Charges fast.
