My daughter just started homeschooling and she needed a pc for doing homework. This laptop is perfect for getting online and doing her schoolwork. Nothing super fancy, but it runs better than the MACbook we have!!!

Works great for everyday applications, web browsing and virtual meetings.

I purchased this online and was able to pick it up at my local store in less than an hour hassle free. I was concerned with the 8GB ram at first, but after using this CPU for a few weeks, I haven't had it hinder my ability to do basic web browsing, watching online videos, and doing work on docs or sheets. I haven't tried gaming on this, but I assume that's where the ram might come into play. Full size keypad and a nice screen that has decent resolution. Negatives - Battery life is less than other laptops I've used. There is a battery saver mode, but this will last you maybe 2-4 hours depending on screen brightness and how hard you're working it. Other negative is the power cable. I'm so used to most laptops accepting a USB-C as a power source and this one does unfortunately.

Good budget laptop at reasonable price does a job for basic usage touchscreen is added advantage. Best buy has best deals and it was delived with in a day amazing delivery .

I am very satisfied with this laptop. Was hesitant to uograde to new laptop because I am not very technie - but I easily caught on to this one. Does everything I need and more.

Great laptop for a small price. Boots up & responds quickly. Very responsive. It's also touch-screen, which i didn't realize when i purchased it.

Oh my Gosh, I love this machine. I've always purchased Dell or Toshiba, but this is great! It responds quickly, and I love the large screen and the separate keypad

Vert nice laptop for my mom, she loves it. Im glad i bought it for her. She enjoys her games she downloaded and her emails show clear and she really loves it touch screen.

The laptop functions well and seems like a quality build. It was easy to setup. The thing i do not like is that Microsoft takes over the machine with its software. Best buy geeks had to help me get out of the microsoft only mode.

Great laptop for everyday use. It’s not a gaming machine if that’s what you are looking for. It boots up very quick and loads everything I need day to day for a small work pc.

I love this laptop. Love the touchscreen. The price was right. It's a good size, and lightweight. I don't know anything about specs, I needed a computer I could travel with, internet searching, webinars, email. That kind of thing.

I picked this up in a pinch. Not expecting too much. But for the price I really like it. If you have someone in your life that has a miserable dog slow computer that you just can't even believe... point them to this. I especially like how the touchscreen works on this simple model. Some fancier screens have a sort of glass cover on top and are not as responsive as this. This is totally fine. Acceptable refresh for people on a budget. Would look at Ideapads again. Getting out of Windows S mode was very simple.
