    I bought this laptop for my aunt, but it came with Windows 11 Home in S mode and a local account without admin privileges. Logging in with my aunt’s account was impossible. When I tried to install Windows 11 using the official installation tool, it automatically reinstalled Windows 11 in S mode again, and the Wi-Fi driver wasn’t working. So, I had to use Rufus to install Windows 10 Home and connect an Ethernet cable using a USB adapter to update the drivers. In the end, I managed to fix everything, but I was expecting a laptop ready to use out of the box, especially since it was bought for a music event. I ended up spending around 4 hours solving all these issues.

    Great laptop at an excellent price. I took advantage of a Black Friday sale and purchased this Lenovo laptop. I called and talked with a sales rep as I had questions. She was wonderful. So patient and knowledgeable. I made my purchase with her assistance. This is my first Lenovo. So far I love it. It was so easy to set up and I couldn’t be more happy with its speed. Perfect for my needs!
