    The Lenovo arrived in good time and was packaged well and in good condition. I'm giving it a 4 rating because there were scant instructions on how to set up the laptop. Having tried multiple times to follow the set up box on the screen, I ended up with files from the mid-2000s stored in the Cloud flooding the desktop of my old laptop! Some of us need more specific and detailed instruction on how to setup the computer. Seems that Best Buy used to include more with past purchases.
