    Love the size, keyboard and the number pad. Disappointed that I had to buy a flash drive because there is no room on the drive because the operating system takes up most of the space. Now I have to constantly switch from plugging in the drive and the printer. It's a real hassle. This laptop was the same size as my old one, so I figured it would be ok to transfer some of my files to it. It crashed.

    I bought this laptop for my aunt, but it came with Windows 11 Home in S mode and a local account without admin privileges. Logging in with my aunt’s account was impossible. When I tried to install Windows 11 using the official installation tool, it automatically reinstalled Windows 11 in S mode again, and the Wi-Fi driver wasn’t working. So, I had to use Rufus to install Windows 10 Home and connect an Ethernet cable using a USB adapter to update the drivers. In the end, I managed to fix everything, but I was expecting a laptop ready to use out of the box, especially since it was bought for a music event. I ended up spending around 4 hours solving all these issues.
