Decent budget Laptop

Solid performer; quick boot-up; plenty of storage. Used for general purposes (no graphic-intensive gaming), so for the price it's a solid buy. Only issue: at full graphic brightness, battery life doesn't seem as robust as my prior laptop.

Good computer, bad store return policy

However, I purchased this for my terminally ill sister who passed away a couple of days after the 15 day return policy. When I called Best Buy to explain the situation, they refused to allow me to return. I feel that under the circumstances, they should have allowed the return.
