    good overall laptop, I added Crucial 8gb of ddr4 3200 CL22 ram because that is all it needed to be a very good laptop.

    The product is great for the price. However, I purchased this for my terminally ill sister who passed away a couple of days after the 15 day return policy. When I called Best Buy to explain the situation, they refused to allow me to return. I feel that under the circumstances, they should have allowed the return.
