Bought this online and there was no hassle everything was relatively easy. Now I am in the present era! Good buy with deal

Good buy with deal. Only concern is store pickup, they always messed up. Better to avoid in store pick up.

Initially tried to buy from Leneovo site but had issues at checkout and finally purchased through Best buy which was so smooth and came with 1month of 365 subscription which is a plus.

There is consitent freezing and low performance, but this will do the trick for the simple tasks.

Was easy to setup to my prefences. My only complaint is the hinge is sorta tight so when you raise the lid the botton goes up too. Pretty sure this will go away in time.

For the price you can’t really beat all the features it comes with. It’s obviously not going to be a premium laptop with premium quality features, but this is such a great laptop for someone who is going to only need this for light usage.
