    I really enjoy this laptop for what I use it for. I work for a remote base company part time and had to buy a laptop. I didn’t want to over invest especially for a seasonal role and it is just what I neeed

    It’s pretty good for a budget/entry level Windows laptop. I like that there is a webcam slider. Sound quality and battery life are fine — not amazing, but about what I would expect for this amount of money. No issues over the few months I’ve been using it

    Quite impressed with the processing power. Fully functional and great for my child’s online school. Highly recommend this Lenovo. It was dropped from the couch and survived without a scratch. Great value for the price.

    It was hard to install programs, blocking downloads. Came to customer service for help. Rep informed me to pay additional fees to correct or even help consultation especially a senior person like me. Did not pay and left. Very discouraged about the buy from Best Buy. No support.

    I bought this laptop for my nephew and so far I am satisfied with what it has to offer. I believe it is a very good laptop and to top it all the special deal was very welcoming. Best Buy does have affordable prices.
