    This came with version 22H2 which is end of service. You will need to upgrade to version 24. Windows site has a tool to check your hardware then you can download version 24. Lenovo support had no clue what to do.

Depending on how long a computer has been in box, it could have a previous version of Windows 11 preinstalled, as it would have had the latest version installed in the factory.     Incredible value at $250, can't be beaten. Solid feeling, fast and good screen. For the same price, a competitive brand had much lower quality screen.

    I bought this for my son, he is a Corporal Deputy and an EMT. And is taking classes and needed a computer. He says it just what he needed and he loves it!

    Nice entry level laptop. I didn't care for the Windows 11 Home operating system as it was quirky. Took awhile to figure out how to work around it when adding apps outside the App store. Otherwise, can't beat the price and Lenovo.
