If you download a application you cannot install it without turing s mode off. You can install apps through Microsoft store. If your needs are web browsing this is for you. Also in store label is small i missed the part about the type c port is data only. You cannot charge or display video through port. It does have a hdmi for video. Honestly its really good price but its a glorified chromebook and you might have better results with that. Returned.

Worst/Slowest Laptop ever

Wasted money

The price was fine but the performance is terrible. It freezes up easily. Its always disconnecting from the internet. It often can not even find internet. It take rebooting to even get some of the windows to load completely. Its been a total waste of money. I do not recommend it at all. I can't afford to go back to a different brand.

I can live without lighted keys but the low volume is bad. Will see if Best Buy really cares, will they respond.
