The 13th Gen Intel Core i5 processor combined with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD makes multitasking smooth and responsive. It boots up quickly, handles everyday tasks with ease, and even manages light creative work without lag. The Full HD touchscreen is vibrant and responsive, and the Abyss Blue finish gives it a sleek, modern look. Battery life has been solid so far—easily lasting through a full day of work or study. I also appreciate the thoughtful features like Flip to Start and Smart Noise Cancelling. Its performance is excellent and reliable. My only complaint is the plastic exterior casing. It constantly attracts smudges and fingerprints, which makes the outside always look kinda gross.

I needed to tertrieve the data on the hard druvrme. I remember going to best buy to have this service performed in the past. The onlune appoitment booking was very easy to use and upon going to the store. It was recommended i join the preferred member club and the service would be performed for no charge. The service was very accomodating and i even applied and got approved for a BB Visa card. In the past month since I've been back i have purchased a new laptop, gone to two locations numerous times and have always received excellent customer service.

Overall good computer

My rating is a 4, rather than 5, because the computer came with no operating system pre-loaded.....which would have been awesome had it not forced me to load windows 11. Took literal hours to load everything I was "forced" to load. I purchased this as a gift, so luckily the recipient had no clue.

I liked that when I connected my account, the information from my old computer was already there, and it has just the right amount of memory for what I needed. The screen size is very good.
