Great laptop for the price. Purchased to use at work. Do not use for heavy duty work but for the price it does exactly what I need it to do. Really like it. Screen is clear and sharp. Machine even though just an i5 still very fast for web views, excel and word type things. Even use with gotoassist for client tech support and no issues.

Though I've only had this for a few days, everything is just how I wanted it. Not only did the store personnel take a real interest in what I was looking for, they nailed it! I love the color and vibrancy for the screen, how fast it loads, and the ease of finding things online with new features I never had before but now don't want to be without. Congrats Best Buy and Lenovo!

I’m extremely happy with this laptop. The performance is smooth, it handles multitasking effortlessly, and the battery lasts all day. The display is clear and bright, and the keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions. Perfect for work, streaming, and light gaming. Highly recommend!

Got this on a back-to-school sale, and the value has totally been worth it so far. Small and compact to fit in my backpack and light enough to carry to class daily. The screen is decently big, and the resolution is good since I mostly use it for art design with Adobe Illustrator. The battery lasts a few hours and charges in only one so I think that's a plus.

Battery life seems great. The touch-screen is very responsive. The keyboard and built-in mouse feel amazing. This is my first Lenovo laptop, and I think it’s safe to say that they have a new life long customer in me. I bought this mainly for writing as a hobby and being able to check email and paybills ect while on vacation.

I absolutely love my new Lenovo touchscreen laptop! The touchscreen is incredibly responsive, making it so easy to navigate and work on creative projects. It's fast, lightweight, and the display is stunning. Definitely a great purchase for both work and casual use!

This is a great computer. It is not an HP, which is great. Horrible Product is what I call them. Lenovo has done well with this feature packed laptop. It has everything you need including touch screen, i5, not i3. 16 GB of RAM, not 8. Those features add up, making this a great value priced, but plenty of computer power for an average user.

My old laptop was thick and heavy and almost 10 years old. The new Unit was priced great and was an easy startup. Very light and portable which is great as it needs to move from the office to the shop. The keyboard was the perfect size and the num pad is a great benefit!

For the price point for this product, I was quite surprised with the capacity this ideapad has. The processing speed is amazing, even with my spoty wifi, and it has the capacity to download everything i use it for and more. Best retirement gift i could have purchased for myself!

Previously had a 17" HP laptop, which was very nice, so when I replaced it, the new one had to be pretty good. This one checks almost all the boxes for me. The screen, while slightly smaller (15.6"), is a touchscreen, which is helpful. The response time for uploads and downloads is very good, and there are a few features that are new to me that I am finding helpful. Plus, it's a little lighter than the old one!

Works well has many features. Still trying to get the ones I want, where I want them. I am still adjusting to the differences from my desktop computer. Definitely has better speed. I wish it would quit trying to fix or complete my sentences.

Met my expectations plus some. The touch screen is a great feature. I bought this for my wife and she loves it. The speed is perfect for what she needs. Having a Lenovo Ideapad for work, this is my first Lenovo purchase and I am not disappointed.

I would like to give 5 stars, but after the horrible delivery service i really cant do that. The computer is wonderful, easy to setup and did all the updates.. This is my 2nd Lenovo(this one goes to the wife) and is lightening fast with thie i5 intel processor. Would I buy from BB again? Not sure after they dropped the package off at the wrong address and I had to drive around, looking for my package. Luckly I found it a few doors down, by a cranky neighbor, who came to the door when they saw me grabbing a box in from of their door.. Now to take a step back and thing, what could have happened, as the neighbor saw me grab a package in front of their door.... who knows... I tried to get a live person at Best Buy to talk about my problem, but of course, its impossible to get a live person. Even trying to get the Geek Squad for my security installation, I had to deal with someone on line... Again.. Great Computer, but crappy service from BB

Super cheap computer for suck performance. Needed a computer for school and this exceeded what I needed. Battery charges fast so I can keep going at school. Very slim design so it fits in my back pack. 10/10

Fast little machine, with decent graphics and awesome touch screen, very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent laptop for the price. I bought it on sale for $375. I opened five YouTube videos while converting a thousand-page PDF document to Microsoft Word to test the laptop. The conversion went a little slowly, but it was a good speed for a $375 laptop. I don't experience any latency problems when writing documents and opening a large number of Chrome browser pages. I play and listen to YouTube music and tutorials in the background while working on documents and converting documents to and from Microsoft Word and PDFs.

Lightweight and easy to use. The touchscreen is perfect.

A nice laptop for an affordable price. It was brought as a replacement for one that was over 10 years old. It has great battery life and the display is bright and clear.
