    Product is nice, purchased 2, 1 for my son, 1 for a kid heading to college that needed a laptop. One thing I did not appreciate is the anti-virus "bonus" didn't come with each computer as it was a multi-unit license... but that doesn't work well when they're not going to be at the same household - had I made 2 separate purchases, I would have 2 licenses... BB/Geek Squad customer service didn't seem to understand - not huge, it's only a 3 or 6 month trial anyway.

    I bought this laptop a few weeks ago for my son and his Dual Enrollment/Senior HS year and onto college. He doesn't even want to touch the school laptop provided anymore and says this device is great! Wise investment and awesome pricing.

    Works as it should. My rating is a 4, rather than 5, because the computer came with no operating system pre-loaded.....which would have been awesome had it not forced me to load windows 11. Took literal hours to load everything I was "forced" to load. I purchased this as a gift, so luckily the recipient had no clue.

    Love Lenovo! I have one that is 9 or 10 years old which still works fine except it cannot upgrade to Windows 11. Saw the advertisement for this one and called the help number to discuss and purchased two of them. One for me and one for my wife. Opened a Best Buy credit card also and received some credits which I will use in the near future to get a case and an outside disc drive. In addition I am a Total member and think the world of the Geek Squad.

    Very good laptop, the speed is very good, and it has very good functions. I liked that when I connected my account, the information from my old computer was already there, and it has just the right amount of memory for what I needed. The screen size is very good. A very good computer for the price I paid.

    Got it on a very good sale to replace a similar model that lasted a long time. Not mind-blowing powerful or anything, but it does do a very good job for how ergonomic it is. Does especially well at maintaining optimal operating temps, as well as the clean display. The biggest problem is Microsoft trying to be anything besides an operation system.
