Haven't run into any issues.

My rating is a 4, rather than 5, because the computer came with no operating system pre-loaded.....which would have been awesome had it not forced me to load windows 11. Took literal hours to load everything I was "forced" to load. I purchased this as a gift, so luckily the recipient had no clue.

Sturdy, efficient, and meets expectations.

Not mind-blowing powerful or anything, but it does do a very good job for how ergonomic it is. Does especially well at maintaining optimal operating temps, as well as the clean display. The biggest problem is Microsoft trying to be anything besides an operation system.

I am better able to streamline processes application functions utilize daily. My macbook did not have touchscreen and this computer does. I enjoy the quick connections like the wireless printing and my cellphone is paired to the computer which allows me to read my messages on my computer. This was a wise purchase. Great to be back on Windows product

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

It doesn't seem to hold a charge very long, I charge every day. Have adjusted battery settings and so forth. Didn't really change how long it holds charge. Otherwise it's light weight, easy to handle

Regarding your note on battery life, alternatively we recommend using Lenovo's thermal profiles to adjust system power settings, including to a battery saving mode that can make a difference. In order to do so, press Fn +Q to cycle through the different modes until you land on the one with a battery icon and a leaf to take advantage of this.
