Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the left shift key on your Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14 Laptop. It is possible that there is some foreign material stuck under the key. Try using some canned air to blow any debris from under the key. If the issue continues, we recommend you make an appointment with your local Best Buy Store to have the Geek Squad examine the issue.
Great laptop for young e-learners

I was happy to find this pc laptop as a better alternative for the same price of a Chromebook. Lenovo is IBM's quality. What sold me is the 1TB hard drive. All for less than $500. I highly recommend this to anybody over a Chromebook.

We found this gem and it does everything she needs plus more. The ram and HD is perfect, We love AMD processors and my daughter is externally happy with the color of the laptop. This was the perfect first laptop for here to start on.

Then it started working VERY slow. I was not doing any gaming or downloading anything other than office files. Very poor performance and after 2 years it is useless.

power cord doesn't want to stay plugged in

I love that it has so much space , you can even zoom in and out with ease through the touchpad . Also has a pretty picture and so far my daughter has used it for school I’ve used it to edit multiple pictures , print things even online gaming . Haven’t had ANY problems at all . Totally recommend .
