Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So, I ordered this computer on Thursday 10/8/2020. It was supposed to arrive today Tuesday 10/13/2020.... Apparently Best Buy was out of stock, but didn't to let me know until the day it was supposed to arrive. Today I get a message, they might have it on 10/20/2020 or they might just cancel my order.... All the while the computer is STILL listed in stock on their website. Seriously, if you don't have the item in stock, tell people up front and give them a realistic estimate of when the item will be back in stock..... then give them to option of reservating one when it is back in stock. Assuming the laptop will be in stock, it would be nice to know so I can plan ahead. Assuming it won't be, Best Buy held my money and piddled around for two weeks during which I could have bought a different laptop from them or the same laptop from a different store......... not a very good business model.

It is now the 21st. School started last week and I am still waiting. Tried calling, but was not helpful. If they would at least send me information about what the situation is so I could be more patient or order another one. This is causing big stress for me.
