It seems to operate very smoothly. I'm not a sophisticated user and have not tried out all the bells and whistles, but it seems superior to a more expensive Asus Vivitair computer that I returned to another computer chain store. Oddly enough, this seems to have the same welcome screen.

Laptop Okay but Charging Cord is Poor

So far she has been able to use it for school and to play games. My only concern is that the charging cord only worked for one month. I went in to Best Buy and instead of them replacing it, an employee pointed out where the charging cords were located within the store. Then I was told they were sold out of this particular cord and they are difficult to find. Due to this I probably won't purchase this brand again and will make technology purchases elsewhere.

My previous Lenovo was 8 years old and had become very slow. It's such a pleasure to turn on my laptop and have it boot up in a matter of seconds instead of minutes (many minutes). I'm very happy with my purchase. The only criticism I have is that one of the USB ports is defective (it's too small).

If you are having difficulty with one of the USB ports, try connecting another device you know will connect to a standard USB port. If the device connects properly, check to be sure that the device you are trying to connect does in fact use a USB Type A connection.
