I give lessons online and haven’t had any problems. I do not use it for very complex things (emails, purchases, browsing, pictures, etc) so I wouldn’t know how to rate it further but it works fine for me!

Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. We are pleased to hear that the IdeaPad 3 15 meets your computing needs so well.

The kids do most of their work on their cell( yikes) and maybe their tablets. So, no need for other expensive laptops when this fits their rare needs to be on a computer. I love it!

When first time it was turned on, the computer downloaded and installed all the updates and was ready to use within 5-7 minutes, super fast, and highly recommended!

You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

The only problem I had was other web pages opening up with spam ads. Never had this with any other laptop. I had to use malware bytes to stop it.

Posted .The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81WR000FUS, ships with a 30-day trial of McAfee Virus Protection Software installed. This McAfee VPS will start protecting your computer with the initial activation of Windows 10 and will continue to protect your computer for the 30-day trial period. You do not need to use McAfee. You can uninstall McAfee and activate the free Windows Defender VPS that is part of the Windows 10 Operating System. You can also uninstall McAfee and then install your own choice of 3rd party VPS. You can also purchase a subscription to McAfee and continue to use it as your VPS. The key is to uninstall McAfee if you are not going to use it as there can only be one active VPS on the computer at a time.
