It’s been fairly easy to use but I just do the basics. The screen colors are very good and I find it easy to read.

Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. Solid Laptop

A little heavier than I wanted originally but the touch screen is awesome. Had LOTS of typing issues until I turned off the touchpad and used my mouse. Now it is perfect.

You can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

I wish it had more storage the storage is pretty small on this but for basic browsing it's okay for that. I wish the screen were a bit brighter.

Two worst features are function hot keys are automatically enabled and I had to load the BIOS to change this. The power cord is bulky and weird. Minimal problems for me.

This IdeaPad 3 15 has HotKeys paired with the function keys, with the HotKeys the primary and the function keys being accessed by first holding down the Fn Key and at the same time tapping the function key you want to use. You can reverse this within the System BIOS, as you point out.
