In an instant, it was dead. In search of a compatible lap top we sought our IT friend who highly recommended the Lenovo brand. In moments I found this item, on sale and very affordable. I love this computer. You no longer have to build from ground up, a computer that will quickly be obsolete. This handy item holds as much data as I'll ever need. I love the lovely blue color option. The best purchase for us this year.

I was able to return it & buy a new lenovo its not touch screen but it’s a lot better overall so I'm happy. I wrote a review about it also. If you buy this one buy it new with total tech coverage! The 3 year ins is goofy now that they offer a way better deal & major discounts with new total tech. Just dont look at price lol. Its worth it compared to cost of repairs.

Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost.
